The clocks are going back tomorrow = Hygge!
Heres some ‘hygge’ ideas to get you feeling cosy:
• Light all your candles and dim your lights - the softer glow and flickering flames makes for a more cosy atmosphere.
• Do some baking or drink some mulled wine or hot chocolate
• Decorate with natural materials - wood, cones, leaves, dried flowers
• Read a book (ideally in a cosy place with a blanket)

Feeling over the moon at how the Christmas prep has gone this year!! Me and my partner in crime (my mum 🫶❤️) have been channelling some extreme (ly organised) Virgo energy! My studio would have been stacked up to the roof and overflowing out the windows so my brothers bedroom is a temporary stock room for all my Christmassy bits and bobs (sorry Sam😂)!

The plan for this one is a big step up from last year and is going to take ALOT of work but I am so excited already!! Each little gift is getting a lot of attention 💝 all 24 of them!

I add affirmation cards into all my boxes because affirmations really work for me.
This morning reading my book (On My Own Side by Dr Aziz Gazipura) on the tube I learnt that for some people, affirmations don’t really resonate as much because they can’t believe what they are telling them self. If that’s you, you should shift the affirmation to a statement of gratitude.
Eg change ‘I am creative’ to ‘I am grateful for my creativity’
And see if that works better for you! 👀 ✨ 💖

Needing positive affirmations 10x more atm since I don’t have the sun to put me in a good mood in the morning. I like to keep mine by my bed and try to either read them or say them alloud first thing after waking up (before going on phone ect).
